About me
Arif has been teaching, researching, and designing in the Department of Architecture, Universitas Indonesia, since 2016—within the Architectural Design Research Cluster (AD-Lab UI). His interests are narrative, exhibition, and everyday architecture, which drive him to community engagements and temporary architectural projects while integrating various media within the environment. His practice focuses on how the representation of stories unfolds in space and time.
At the moment, He is pursuing PhD in Architecture (Social Science) at the University of Nottingham within the Architecture, Culture and Tectonics Research Group. The research topic revolves around the position of inscriptions in the authors-readers dynamic to push forward the post-museum context.
